Jordan Murillo

Jordan Murillo is a dynamic bass/baritone based in Phoenix, Arizona, celebrated for his vocal depth and musical versatility. A native of Tucson, Jordan honed his voice under Dr. Kristen Dauphinais at the University of Arizona, distinguishing himself as a concert soloist, operatic bass-baritone, and inventive vocal percussionist with the a cappella ensemble Amplified. Following his operatic debut in Amarillo Opera House’s production of Michael Ching’s Speed Dating Tonight!, he settled in Phoenix in 2022 and quickly became a valued member of the Phoenix Chorale and Prescott’s Quartz Ensemble. Beyond the stage, Jordan enriches his community through his work as Program Manager at Saavi Services for the Blind, a Tucson/Phoenix-based nonprofit where he has proudly served for over a decade—teaching independence skills that foster dignity and confidence in blind and visually impaired individuals. His dual passion for artistic excellence and service to his communities shines in every aspect of his career.
